Now, let me tell you a little about myself. My main goal is to assist clients to buy/sell condominiums, single family and multi-family homes in the Brookline, Newton, Cambridge, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, Brighton, Allston and the surrounding Greater Boston areas.

I especially enjoy working with first time home buyers that need that extra attention and guidance through the home buying/selling process. Whether you are a first time home buyer/seller or an experienced buyer/seller, I can offer you help researching comps, knowing the subtle nuances about the buildings and the area, finding out about school systems, helping to neogtiate a selling or buying price, refer you contractors, mortgage brokers or real estate attorneys as well as helping you negotiate after the home inspection. These are just some of the tasks I will help you with. Also, our working relationship doesn't stop there. I will always be available for any questions or phone calls even after you have completed your home purchase or sale.

    Thanks to my hard work and determination, I have been designated as a Vice President of Coldwell Banker in addition to being an Agent/Broker. I am fortunate to have been an annual top producer and award winner achieving a ranking in the Top 50 Coldwell Banker agents out of 5,000 agents in all of Massachusetts.     Most recently, I have earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. This training allows me to focus on the unique needs of seniors when buying and selling real estate.

    I am also e-Pro certified. All REALTOR e-PRO® Internet Professionals are REALTORS® who have completed a rigorous certification program and Internet training which is endorsed by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR). Certification means the real estate professional is prepared to employ the latest techniques and services for your benefit, just like you've grown to expect from a professional.

    Having been a mortgage broker, I am able to advise my clients on various options for securing financing for their real estate purchase.

    Additionally, I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) which is a tremendous asset for any home seller. Staging is a proven method for getting top dollar for your home as you prepare it for sale. Homes that are "staged" sell faster and for more money! This is because Staging sets the scene throughout the home to create immediate buyer interest in your property. Homes that show well typically sell for more money. Remember, the way you live in your home, and the way you market and sell your house are two different things.

    As a resident in the Heart of Coolidge Corner in Brookline and as an investor, I am happy to share my first hand experiences buying and selling real estate with my clients. In addition, I utilize my knowledge of negotiating, finding good opportunities, local school systems, hospitals, libraries, commuting information, and parking.

    A combination of my academic background and my extensive business experience allows me to be a valuable resource as a consultant to all potential buyers and sellers of real estate.

    In my spare time, I enjoy playing competitive tennis, dog sitting, playing the piano, traveling to Europe, Middle East, and Australia. I also enjoy learning foreign languages so that I can communicate with people of all backgrounds.
