Meet Eric Glassoff

Now, let me tell you a little about myself. Thanks to my hard work and determination, I have recently been designated as a Vice President of Coldwell Banker in addition to being an Agent/Broker. I am fortunate to have been an annual top producer and award winner. I bring a great deal of enthusiasm and positive energy to the table, which in turn benefits my clients. I am a 2001 Babson MBA graduate who offers more than 16 years of successful sales and customer service experience to my clients and Coldwell Banker. Most recently, I have earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. This training allows me to focus on the unique needs of seniors when buying and selling real estate. I am also e-Pro certified. All REALTOR e-PRO® Internet Professionals are REALTORS® who have completed a rigorous certification program and Internet training which is endorsed by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR). Certification means the real estate professional is prepared to employ the latest techniques and services for your benefit, just like you've grown to expect from a professional. Having been a mortgage broker, I am able to advise my clients on various options for securing financing for their real estate purchase. Additionally, I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) which is a tremendous asset for any home seller. Staging is a proven method for getting top dollar for your home as you prepare it for sale. Homes that are "staged" sell faster and for more money! This is because Staging sets the scene throughout the home to create immediate buyer interest in your property. Homes that show well typically sell for more money. Remember, the way you live in your home, and the way you market and sell your house are two different things. As a resident in the Heart of Coolidge Corner in Brookline and as an investor, I am happy to share my first hand experiences buying and selling real estate with my clients. In addition, I utilize my knowledge of negotiating, finding good opportunities, local school systems, hospitals, libraries, commuting information, and parking. A combination of my academic background and my extensive business experience allows me to be a valuable resource as a consultant to all potential buyers and sellers of real estate. My number one priority is to provide my clients with exceptional customer service. I believe in building personal relationships by being professional, attentive, and respectful. I am willing to go the extra mile to insure that my client's needs are met. In my spare time, I enjoy playing competitive tennis, playing the piano, traveling to Europe, Middle East, and Australia. I also enjoy learning foreign languages so that I can communicate with people of all backgrounds.
